It became a more comprehensive structure with the initiatives of Saruhan Family’s
second generation in different sectors of İstanbul by developing a new vision.
As of 1986, Saruhan Holding becomes the general distributor of German Fakir and Nilco
factories in Turkey and nearby geography.
By establishing their own machine plant in Çorlu, they start to export the industrial-type
cleaning machines they produce with German engineers to the world.
By building the Chemical Plant in Çorlu, powder detergent, liquid detergent and
detergent raw material is produced for both domestic and international market.
As of 2007, Germany based activities have been improved
by establishing Saruhan Deutschland Holding
First strategic partnership, then a full partnership by share purchasing is established with Fakir Holding
After 2018 with the target of adding new ones to lines of business carried out,
we started investments in food industry under the brand Kaave.
We became Official Distributors of
De'longhi and Braun Household for Turkey.
